Bob’s Red Mill is a company serving up fantastic products, using the very best nutritional whole grains, making them one of the leading names in health foods across the country. The company was started by Bob and Charlee in the 1960s – Charlee wanted to change her lifestyle to one that was healthier, and began to feed her family whole, natural fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains. The doors to Bob’s Red Mill were opened in 1978, and they have been working hard to ensure their product is the best it could possibly be.

Their products don’t contain additives or preservatives – all their products are minimally processed, with nothing added or taken out. The company still uses stone mills to grind their flours and grains – this helps keep the nutrients and flavor into the product.

By producing the very best in whole grain foods, we’re able to fulfill our commitment to help look after more and more people through better nutrition. Bob simply wouldn’t have it any other way.

Bob’s Red Mill also serves up gluten-free flours, cereals, baking mixes, and grains.  They have over 3o years of experience in the gluten-free market, so their products are definitely trust worthy. They have a completely separate gluten-free facility, where the team works hard to ensure the products are the highest quality they can be.

Here are directions on how to make their gluten-free brownies!

What you need:
1 package Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted

What I added:
Walnuts and Peanut Butter filled Chocolate Chips
Tiny bit of milk

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 325*. Grease a 9×9 baking pan.

Step 2:
Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Add walnuts and chocolate chips.  Pour batter into pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

Step 3:
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean, about 30 minutes.  Let cool completely before cutting

The end result: I have honestly, never in my life had brownies that were this gooey before. The inside tasted like fudge (it’s honestly because of the entire stick of butter that I used). To this day, a week later, they’re still not dry, and still melt in my mouth. These brownies are a definite must try.

Plus, you can’t even tell that they’re gluten free! They’re dense and creamy – if I didn’t tell you they were gluten free, you’d never know. Stay tuned for more Bob’s Red Mill products, like these delicious Pancakes!
