Plus all plans come with free delivery, your meals can be delivered every 2-3 days at no additional charge.

We enjoyed the Build Your Own Option which is a new feature for Snap Kitchen Meal Plans. During the week it seems to be a easier for us to to stick to a regimented meal plan (especially breakfast is already made in the morning when we might be running late and we bring our own lunches to work and avoid the temptation of take out). We loved the option  of being able to pick out every individual dish we wanted to try! Healthy eating to us is all about understanding structure, but also being able to change and adapt. Not many people enjoy the idea of eating the same dish everyday and once you have conquered bad eating habits it definitely makes it much easier to make healthy choices! Having meals already prepped and prepared allows us to make the easy decision to eat healthy and not venture into the thoughts of having fried food or pizza for lunch when the work day is stressful.
