For the month of October, The Viaduct at 500 N 10th Street, Philadelphia is hosting a Secret Garden Dinner to connect guests with the local, in-season flavors of Mushrooms. Join us in the garden on October 28th at 6 pm for a delicious dinner centered around the mushrooms that inspire Chef Erik Oberholtzer, co-founder of Tender Greens, as we welcome Fall flavors into our community.

As the star of the show, these mushrooms will be sourced from Primordia Mushrooms, a local PA forager who will also join the dinner to share their story pivoting from fine dining to consumer markets. The three-course meal will feature the in-season ingredient amplified to explore its breadth of flavor:

  • Sunchoke + Chanterelle Chowder
  • Bloomsdale Spinach + Soft Viaduct Egg + Warm Trumpet Mushroom Dressing
  • Maitake + Hemp Lasagna

Each $60 ticket provides a seat at the outdoor dinner with a live band, a spot in the conversation with the experts from Primordia Mushroom, and a complimentary glass of wine with every course.
