This week’s recipe inspiration comes from Fix SrirachaBased in Seattle, WA their journey started in Vietnam, where they saw and tasted the difference of authentic, farm-fresh, and non-processed goodness. Simple as that- from then, they made it their mission to bottle the premium bold flavors of South Asia and bring it back to the United States! Fix was born to bring the best damn hot sauce, to spice up your pho, burgers, and more.

We used it to make some finger-licking good Ginger Pork Lettuce Wraps. These wraps are a quick and easy low-carb dinner that is packed with bold flavors. Don’t be intimidated, add sriracha to your desired hotness level.

  • 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Fix Sriracha (or more if you like it hot like us!)

  • 2 green onion scallions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop the bottom off the lettuce, separate leaves and rinse. Peel fresh ginger with vegetable peeler, then finely chop garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, 2 minutes. Add ground pork and cook until no longer pink, 5 minutes.
  3. Mixture of teriyaki, rice vinegar, and Fix Sriracha then stir until combined.
  4. Spoon pork into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with carrots, scallions, and sesame seeds and drizzle with Fix Sriracha. Serve with extra sauce on the side if you’d like!

    1. Yes, we bought less ground pork for another batch and subbed in some chopped mushrooms to see if we could make a healthier version in the future! Water chestnuts are also a good filler if you’d like to use less meat!
