Kentucky Derby at White Dog Cafe
This Saturday, May 6, marks the date for The Kentucky Derby. Join us at The White Dog Wayne at 200 West Lancaster Avenue for lots of Mint Juleps, the best two minutes in sports, and the finest Derby attire this side of Kentucky! Guests can enjoy dining inside the unique and colorful dog decorated restaurant or outside on the patio.
Festivities kick off at 10:00 am with brunch service and continue throughout dinner, White Dog Wayne will be celebrating The Kentucky Derby with specialty cocktails only available on Derby day. Guests that arrive in Derby attire will be receive a special culinary treat. Bring out the big brimmed hats and channel your inner southern belle or gent, and join us for a Mint Julep or a Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash. Derby specialty cocktails – available Saturday only include the Dog and Pony Show made with smoked honey peach bourbon smash or the Calla Cosmo with Oaks Lily with white cranberry juice and St. Germaine. The Oaks Lily is the official drink of the Kentucky Oaks, which is the filly race on the Friday before the Derby!
