The newest venture by Fearless Restaurants, whose collection includes the White Dog Cafe, Moshulu, and more has opened Louie Louie Bistro & Bar at 3611 Walnut St. inside the Hilton Inn at Penn. Since opening on July 9 they are now serving lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late night. Complete with a full raw bar selection, this 6,000 square-foot space accessible from the hotel lobby and its own street entrance features colorful, lavish-yet-cozy velvet furnishings designed by Philly-based Rohe Creative. You’ll adore the vintage lighting fixtures and checkered black and white floor tile- not to mention the signature mosaic entrance when you first walk in.
