It all begins with the freshest ingredients! Sushiburritos are a creation inspired by two of the most delicious foods. Originally created as a concept taking out the intimidation for many Americans who haven’t tried sushi or don’t know how to use chopsticks. Hai Street Kitchen & Co. utilizes fresh and familiar ingredients to create beautiful creations rolled by hand. Zagat named Hai Street one of the hottest new restaurants in Philadelphia! Check out their newest location inside The Shops at Liberty Place. Check out there original location in Center City at 18th and Chestnut (opened May 2014) or University City at 40th and Sansom. There is even a Hai Street Kitchen food truck you might spot rolling around the city!

Hai Street Kitchen & Co. is a fresh and urban Japanese-casual and uniquely customizable concept that offers ridiculously good food with all-natural ingredients.

Hai Street Kitchen & Co. is waiting to greet you at the entrance to the food court in Liberty Place. Checking out the menu it is easy to see creativity is the key to a delicious meal. Customers can watch the culinary team as they load up a Roll or Bowl.  Choose from a signature Roll or create-your-own.

Try the Featured Roll available for a limited amount of time:

  • Vietnamese Pork– with braised pork, hoisin mayo, asian slaw, cucmber, shredded beets, and jalapeno

Or select a tried and true Signature Roll:

  • Hai Street Chicken*- chicken katsu, black pepper teriyaki sauce, romaine, pickled red onion, red cabbage, and green papaya salad
  • Ho-Lee Shrimp*- shrimp tempura, spicy mayo, asian slaw, fresh beets, avocado salsa
  • Turnip the Beet– roasted beets, ginger miso dressing, spring mix, pickled red onion, red radish, cucumber, and feta cheese
  • Flamin’ Tuna- yellowfin tuna tartae, gochujang sauce, romaine, carrot, fresh beets, and avocado salsa
  • Slammin’ Salmon*– tataki salmon, gochujang sauce, romaine, cucumber, pickled jicama, and red cabbage

*These rolls are the top sellers. Our personal favorite is the Slammin’ Salmon.

 

 

To create-your-own: start off with brown or white rice or a salad. Add a mouth-watering protein options include Chili Citrus Pork, grilled and seasoned for a spicy, smoky taste; fresh chicken prepared in house daily and chargrilled to perfection; Shrimp Tempura, lightly battered shrimp; Chicken Katsu, lightly breaded panko chicken; Seared Tataki Salmon a cut of sushi grade salmon lightly seared; Spicy Tuna Tartare and Roasted Beets. Go-zilla to had extra protein for an additional charge.

Add to the flavor with specialty, house made sauces  like Black Pepper Teriyaki, Ginger Miso Dressing, Gochujang, or Spicy Mayo crafted to pair perfectly with your main ingredient. Toss in some fresh vegetables like Asian slaw, red onion, red radish, romaine, shredded beets, pickled Jicama, papaya salad, carrots, cucumbers and red cabbage. Avocado salsa and wasabi guacamole are available for an additional charge. Top it all off with a crunch of fried garlic, shallots, feta cheese, or tempura crunch. You can even “Dynamite your roll” to get it tempura-battered deep fried hot and crispy!

Sides of Seasonal Vegetable Miso Soup or Hai Street Chips with Wasabi Guacamole are available. Grab a Boxed Water, Matcha Green Tea, Hibiscus Iced Tea, or Homemade Lemonade to complete your meal.
