Yoku Table

We may know 119 S. 19th street as the home of Pure Fare, but it is also the newest concept from Kriti Seghal.  Yoku Table is a Southeast Asian inspired, 100% good and 100% pure kitchen that serves food that symbolizes fresh, bold, vibrant and homemade flavors. Yoku’s dishes are seasonally inspired, gluten-free, low in sodium, and handmade daily using non-GMO ingredients. They believe that through our takeout window and delivery concept, customers will be able to experience the richness and heritage of their foods in a fast take out environment.

Just like Pure Fare, Yoku’s menu takes an adventure and combines consciously sourced and nutrient dense ingredients and spices in a thoughtful, fun, innovative and approachable way- our menus are seasonally inspired, authentically influenced, gluten free, low in sodium and handmade daily using non-GMO ingredients.  They look at health and wellness in a real and sustainable way- where flavor and balance meet at the table. Designed to maximize nutritional value and taste, our food is created and crafted to satisfy both the mind and body-100% good for you!

Try a signature Yoku bowl on the menu or build your own! Start with choosing a base like Shredded Greens, Fried Rice, Chicken Broth, Sweet Potato Noodles, or Jasmine Rice and Scallions. Next is picking a protein like Ginger Beef, Shredded Tamarind Chicken, General Tso’s Cauliflower or Poached Egg.

Then comes 3 toppings, you can try Pickled Daikon, Red Onion, Okra, Baby Bok Choy, Pickled Broccoli, Snap Peas, Shredded Carrots, or Roasted Eggplant Salad. Top with a garnish like Toasted Sesame Seeds, Crushed Peanuts, Cilantro, or Basil.

The best part comes last of course! Choose one of the homemade sauces:
