Girl’s Night Out has become quite the scene at Autograph Brasserie in Wayne, PA. Stop by every Wednesday night for happy hour specials at the bar available until 9 pm and special events are highlighted each month, 6:00 – 9:00 pm. On November 15th, grab your girlfriends for Girl’s Night Out fun with fashion featuring designer Marlyn Schiff’s new jewelry collection. Marlyn began her career in the early 1980s working for fashion designers Cynthia Steffe, Tahari and Alfred Sung in New York City.
In 1989, marlyn schiff, LLC was established and in 1992, Marlyn decided to go back to her roots, moving the company to the Armore, PA area where it is based today. Today, the collection consists of hundreds of styles, from semi-precious pieces to casted metals. On trend, Marlyn designs fashionable jewelry with a unique and distinctive mix of textures, materials and stones. Whether she is traveling with family or collecting vintage finds, Marlyn is constantly inspired by various elements, which is reflected throughout her collection of jewelry.
Now available in more than 500 national and international boutiques and retailers, including Neiman Marcus and South Moon Under. The collection has been featured on various broadcast programs, including Good Morning America, and on the pages of fashion and lifestyle magazines, such as InStyle, Marie Claire, O, The Oprah Magazine and Redbook, to name a few. Then on December 6th, Autograph Brasserie is hosting Girl’s Night Out with Bumble Bizz for a networking event and surprise raffle.
Autograph Brasserie celebrates people who have left their signature on American pop culture and they’re also debuting a new bar menu perfect for sharing with friends and new cocktails for toasting your night out!
Among the new cocktails this season is the Bellini Bouquet which includes two of each Gypsy Dancer with Aperol, peach and Sparkling Wine, Daisy with St. Germaine, pear and Sparkling Wine and Sweet Pea with Cointreau, Pama, Fruitlab Ginger and cranberry served together in a chic vase vessel, perfect for sharing with girlfriends!
Other new craft cocktails include: Last of the Dodos with local made Faber Citrus Vodka, Cointreau, hibiscus, pomegranate, lime, and moscato; It’s Cool Hunny Bunny with Old Forester Bourbon, Averna, cayenne, honey, and lemon; Sid Vicious Circle
mixed with Knob Creek Rye, Mt Gay Rum, Tuaca, maple, pineapple, and angostura bitters; and Only Bitter Doves Cry with Sauza Hornitos Plata Tequila, Vicio Mezcal, Campari, grapefruit, honey, lime, and egg white.
“We want the food to be fun and fabulous, something that you think about and want to come back for after your night at Autograph. The dishes are perfect for sharing or for when you are looking for something to enjoy while at the bar,” Executive Chef Ralph Fernandez said.
Some of the new $5 snacks include Deviled Eggs, Pigs in a Bucket with Honey Dijon Mustard, Blackened Salmon Tacos with pico de gallo, pickled red onion, cilantro jalapeno and creme fraiche, House Made Voodoo Potato Chips, and Wild Mushroom Spring Rolls with Black Pepper-Truffle Aioli.
Small plates for $7 include Short Rib Toast with horseradish creme fraiche and aged cheddar, Kobe Beef Hot Dog, Tuna Poke with golden pineapple, marcona almonds, ginger, cilantro soy and wonton crisps. Don’t forget the House Cut Fries with Short Rib Gravy and Cabot cheddar cheese.
Medium plates for $10 include Prime Steak Burger named ‘Best of the Mainline” by Craig La Ban, Chilled Citrus Poached Salmon & Shrimp, Salt & Pepper Shrimp with spicy thai vegetable slaw, five spice peanuts, and sesame soy vinaigrette, and Short Rib Sandwich with Horseradish Cream.
