Humble beginnings at local Farmer’s Markets are the start to some of our favorite stories. It just so happens that Flour + Oats first opened up shop in April 2014. Now Flour & Oats baked goods are sold both at Rittenhouse Square Farmer’s Market 9 am to 3 pm – every Saturday and Eagleview Farmers Market 3 to 5 pm every 3rd Thursday. Plus check out these local retailers who also carry Flour & Oats. Online ordering is also available- plus you can join their Cookie Club Subscription!

Owner, Lisa Russel is extremely passionate about food and has a family filled with cookie lovers so naturally it just clicked.  After the hype over cupcakes was leveling off, Lisa began creating unique cookie recipes, some new flavor combinations and others a twist on the classic cookie.  Flour & Oats baked good are made using the finest chocolate, cocoa and natural ingredients– no artificial coloring, and no added preservatives.  Flour & Oats sells their cookies are wrapped individually in saran coated bags – if you store in an airtight container or bag they should remain fresh for 10 to 14 days. You can always extend the life of our cookies by freezing…or hiding (which we highly recommend).  Create your own cookie box by selecting your favorites from their collection of delicious cookies.
