We stopped by Grand Lux Cafe recently to celebrate International Fried Chicken & Waffles Day! Only a quick drive from the city, Grand Lux Cafe has locations both in Cherry Hill, NJ and King of Prussia, PA. Their NJ location even offers guests complimentary valet parking and delivery via DoorDash. Stop by every weekend to check out their brunch menu which features the Fried Chicken and Waffles topped with crispy fried chicken strips and sprinkled with chopped pecans. Don’t forget the Maple-Butter Sauce drizzled over top and powdered sugar.

One of our favorites is the Warm Rustic Apple Pie which is baked to order, this plate has a flaky sugared pastry crust filled with fresh apple slices and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel and powdered sugar.

Well it can be hard to keep up with all these foodie holidays, but lucky for you- Grand Lux Cafe is serving up their Short Rib Grilled Cheese Sandwich everyday! Bite into this decadent sandwich levels above the classic your mom used to make you after school. This grilled cheese is loaded with slow roasted tender short rib, caramelized and pickled onions, arugula and of course lots of melted cheese between to thick slices of Country Bread. Choose your side of either Mixed Green Salad or French Fries. Pro Tip: try the sweet potato fries!
