This year Center City District Sips is presented by Effen Blood Orange, Effen Green Apple, Bud Light and Victory Summer Ale. Each Wednesday through August 30th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Dilworth Park Café will offer $3 beers, $4 wines, and $5 cocktails to sip on the large outdoor terrace adjacent to the café. Made-to-order food will be available at Air Grille by Brûlée Catering. While DJ’s will be playing the hottest music until 8:30 p.m. every week.
We stopped by Dilworth Park to check out the scene! There are 3 bars available for grabbing drinks, including one inside Dilworth Park Café which also offers a menu of American cuisine. Brûlée Catering’s chefs have created the menu featuring seasonal and convenient menu options including a variety of sandwiches, salads and healthy snacks. The café also serves beer, wine and cocktails after 5 pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Indoor and outdoor seating is available for a one-of-a-kind urban dining experience.
Swing by Air Grille, a classic silver Airstream located directly adjacent to the Dilworth Park Café. They’ve got $5 Pulled Pork Nachos and $5 sliders for Wednesdays Sips special. They also have a full menu of American fare, including a Airstream Burger, Smoked Brisket Sandwich, Spicy Fried Chicken and more available throughout the week. We tried the Creole Dog with an all beef hot dog, pimento cheese, creole mustard, and caramelized onions. Next time we’re coming back for the Al Pastor Fries with waffle fries topped with pulled Leidy’s pork shoulder, cheesy goodness sauce, and pineapple pico de gallo.
